Choosing Memory...

Having a bit of a dilema at the moment picking some memory, but managed to get it down to a choice of 2 which are:

Not much in it really apart from the CAS latency and the XMP which the latter doesn't have from what I've read. Is it better to go with a set that has XMP or just set the timings manually? Sorry for this sounding like a stupid question but I've not actually bought any DDR3 before so I'm hopeless.

This is for an i7 rig that I'll probably end up overclocking to about 4ghz if I can

I'd just get the cheaper stuff, yeah you have to spend a couple minutes in BIOS maybe but is it worth £50 no to? For me no

That's what I thought to be honest, at the end of the day it has a better CAS latency and looks better too imo
