Chris Moyles

I expect most people on here will be glad to see him leave.

Personally I think he's fantastic. He's entertaining and easy to listen to on a morning.
 
Well, that would be me not listening to Radio 1 any more. It's nice to have someone putting a smile on my face when I'm stuck in traffic in the morning, and I can't stand Scott Mills...
 
There will come a time when Chris himself is bored of getting up at 5am in the mornings. I bet you after he's beaten Tony Blackburn's record in September, he'll be off. Or he'll wait until he's bagged the free trip to South Africa in 2010 as Radio 1's coverage of the FIFA World Cup. He wants to be a TV personality now that he's got some good ratings for his Quiz Night.
 
sacking him would be stupid! chris and his team are the only real reason i listen to radio 1. I really hope its not true


Although I do agree with nix he does go on at people some times which is really cringeworthy

He can be really funny at times but other times I think he gets away with too much, like when he screams at others for no reason.

This 'could' be true though as Chris has been trying to branch out onto TV recently hasn't he?

Scott Mills isn't too bad, but he just seems like he wants to be camp to get along with all the 15 year-old girls and their trends.

It's good to point out that it isn't just Chris that people listen for, it's his team and their chemistry too.
 
He still brings in 7 million listeners, it'd be a stupidly poor decision to sack him, many people still like listening to him, including myself.

Do they even have anyone who could replace him? Scott Mills would be a possibility, but if they're sacking Chris over his age then wouldn't Mills be getting the same treatment soon enough?
