Christmas breakfast ideas

Nothing special tbh, bacon and or sausage and egg sandwich and a nice cuppa to wash it down.

a mimosa or two, some cereal, then usually eggs benedict but with smoked salmon (if that has a name??)

Dad normally knocks up some scrambled egg with smoked salmon on toast with bucks fizz/OJ depending on how heavy my Christmas eve in the pub was.

It's got a few names. I know it as eggs royale or eggs Norwegian but I've also seen it called eggs Copenhagen and eggs Montreal.

Good bagels, good smoked salmon and cream cheese has become regular for us.
Filling, but not too heavy (unless I eat too many bagels...)
Prosecco or champagne. Others have bucksfizz but I prefer the plain version.
