I thought i would have got a 2500K OEM for around £150 for xmas but the prices have gone up!

£8 postage to NI as well its not even the cheapest in the UK :o

Roll on the early january sales!

Not bothered 2 have missed out for once, that is only because all 3 items I want are out of stock & have been for the last few weeks.

May as well be 99& off & free shipping lol.

Taking look into LGA1155 and it's definetly way to go in terms of future upgrade and compatability

Was thinking same, wanting to spend around £150 for i5 2500k
Has it been lower price before and what did it drop to (if you know)? waiting too for January ..
 
I was looking to buy a 2500K too but even with the 5% off here it is more than I am willing to pay and actually the 5% off here still doesn't make it as cheap as I have seen elsewhere which was disappointing.

Kind of set myself a maximum budget of £250 for 2500K retail and Z68 Gen 3 motherboard.

Gone are the days when I would spend a fortune just to have the latest and greatest.

Shame about bulldozer as I would probably have gone for that had it performed better.

It would appear it is Wednesday, we'd have to have made a special request for one today and it appears there was some confusion between our warehouse and DPD so it wasn't booked :( Currently speaking to DPDs haulage department to see if they can spare us some room on a booked trailer today.
 
i spent a shedload of wonga, bit annoyed that you can't get some ex-gratia discount in reference to the free delivery when you live outside core market area...are we not equal?

it's simple really, give free shipping to those in your core market/delivery area. give the cost of that to those who fall outside...a tenner?

Also coming from a guy with two posts.. I mean come on..

Although I do agree when spending over a certain amount, you should have free delivery chucked in regardless of where you live.
 
Just re-read the email and it says 'Your Order has been packed and is in the process of being shipped'. I just saw the tracking number so assumed it had been shipped, nevermind!
 
It's moved from outstanding orders to order history. "Order Status complete". No email as yet but I guess that means it's shipped or it is ready to be shipped.

Edit* Never mind got the email. :p
