since when do they email you that it is on the delivery van ? , never had that at all while using ocuk

Oops... sorry if I have misled anyone there.

I also receive items from two other companies who also use DPD, and in both cases I receive an email early on the morning when the delivery is due.

As the format is identical, with just a different company logo, I have a feeling that these may actually be sent by DPD on behalf of the supplier.

However in the case of OcUK the same information can be obtained by clicking on the link in their despatch email on the day in question.

I hope this clarifies things, and I apologise again for any misunderstanding I may have caused. It is still an excellent service, anyway!

If you click on the DPD link in the "Your order has been shipped" email you received from OcUK it will show you the latest known whereabouts of your package.

Mine is now "Your parcel is on the vehicle for delivery - The estimated time of arrival is between 11:15 - 12:15" which is good news indeed.

Based on previous experiences I would expect it to be delivered before 11:30 though.
