Aww yeesss. I could eat shed loads. So simple, sausage wraped in bacon. But it is possibly THE best food in the world...not even joking.

I do mine in 40mins almost identical recipe and they are almost perfect if i do say so myself.. crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle

Depends on size I guess, but I've never done potatoes properly in less than an hour...
Nope, it's completely edible.
Works well for me, I just turn them half way through, I don't bother basting. They come out crispy and great. Suppose it all depends what size you cut them into.

Well just bought the ingredients. £70 
Actually that's not to bad. £10 a head and that's with two desserts. We're never going to eat 1/4 of a pie each. But doesn't include any drinks. And there will be other bits and bobs left over. 48 rashers of streaky bacon..
All I have to get now is plenty of ice and some Cachaca anyone know where i can pick some up from. No time to order any on the internet. It appears waitrose doesn't sell it anymore.

Looks like oddbins sell it from a quick google. Reminds me I want to make some eggnog, now to find a decent recipe.
My christmas puddings are lovely, really tasty, looking forward to them after christmas dinner.

the turkey was £10 frozen from tesco. There half price at the min. I always bang on about farm shop meat. But poor especially as I have to move house and get the car insured in jan. Well hopefully, get a motorbike instead.
Pics of the Mississippi mud pie will be up soon. Just about to make it. Can't wait for tomorrow.
