Aside from sandwiches and curry which is always nice, if you have any left over veg, you can usually blend them and make quite a nice soup.

The Turkey is always put away for the next day, as we normally have another big meal.

All the other bits left over are donated to the epic sandwhich fund for that evening.

Any Turkey left over after boxing day = Curry.
