Ho Ho Ho...
It's that time of year again when people keep asking me what I want for Christmas... I have a load of books on the list already but I can't think of any stocking fillers that I want and I'm certainly not going to ask for anything too expensive.

So I'm just here to canvass for ideas of what to ask for by stealing other peoples'.. :)

Id be more than pleased if i could finally find something in my car search

I have some money saved along side my normal savings specifically for a car but i cant decide what i want or what to get, and its annoying me.

I have never had such a hard time spending money

Other than that, i don't really know.

Yeah, I'm in need of a new car but I need to re-decorate my downstairs next year which means a new kitchen...

Fair enough, thats a good shout, How much you spending on it ?

I need to do my kitchen to, although, my car is a priority at the moment for spending,

i have savings but im not using it to do a car and kitchen at the same time

No car = no ability to get back and forth to work. My current car is drivable but has pending issues (clutch failure may happen soon) and its high milage.

Hoping i can find a good xmas deal on something.

i want absolutely nothing this year.

however my car could do with a complete inside and out valet and wax, and i just cant be bothered so may ask for that.

in the past when needed i have had a new gaming mouse, gaming headset, money towards a vr headset

but this year there is just nowt i need... and i hate people getting me fluff presents i would genuinely rather have nothing than something i feel obliged to use (mugs... so many mugs which ultimately go to charity).

beer is always a good failsafe for me, a nice selection of IPAs.. my brother in law is always happy for a bottle of red wine or selection of interesting cheeses... - not my bag but its an idea.

the parents in laws always get me and the mrs an annual family national trust membership

i quite fancy trying the new "golden" toblerone. i am hoping my mum gets me that.
i always get socks off the sister in law for my birthday.

All I want for Christmas... Is you!

On a serious note.. Just want it over.
Christmas is no fun traipsing around the country ticking people off the list to see.
But it has to be done. But it's exhausting and not particularly happy.

I miss covid Christmas when we had to stay at home. Was the most relaxing one ever

Don't want anything material. Me and gf don't even buy presents for each other as it's just stress and a waste. Just put money towards holidays and stuff.

my friends never come out over xmas, in fact, they never come out at all anymore

This is what happens when people have kids.

I needs some friends who dont have kids.

I'll take people not being split int o different groups purely down to different view points.

The world seemed like a much better place when you were friends with diverse opinions and people didn't seek echo chambers....
