Chrome Not Saving Some Passwords

i have found that on some websites chrome does not offer to save the passwords any suggestions on how to fix this as it does work on many others

I'd have a look in Preferences > Personal Stuff > Manage Saved Password and see if the websites your talking about are in the exceptions list. If they are then Chrome will never offer to save the password, to remove them just click on the entry and hit delete.

cheers olly but the exceptions list is empty , im stumped.
