Chromecast/Netflix/Unblock US problem - "We're having trouble playing this title..."

Anyone else having problems playing netflix films via chromecast recently?
It seems I can play UK content OK and non UK if I just use the app and not cast it but as soon as I try to cast it the film will start buffering to ~15% and the bomb out with "we're having trouble playing this title right now" message.

I've tried reseting the chromecast to factory settings, signing out of all devices on netflix and still nothing. The only thing I can try now is to uninstall the netflix and chomecast apps and reinstall. Not confident though...

There is a huge thread on Google product forums with not a great deal heard from Google atm.

Unless you have a very early imported Chromecast that has never had a firmware update and you are willing to flash a modified firmware your not going to get Chromecast to work on another region....yet.

Im sure there are guys over at XDA developers trying to get it to work but last time I looked it was a no go :(.
Don't forget Chromecast connects directly to Netflix, your phone, tablet ect are just for the initial connection so even though they can connect its the chromecast that has to connect to Netflix via unblockUS
 
Thanks for the reply Attu90. I was just about to reply saying that I have had it working on different regions, and I certainly have played played content from different regions, but I assume that content was prob availible on UK netfix anyway so I assume bypasses the dns stuff(?).
I guess the other region movies must have been via my xbox so will prob just have to start using that again for my unblockUS netflix fix :(
