Chrysler 300C Touring

IMO, even though I haven't even sat in one, they are glorious, if I was to hit the big time, I would want to be driven round in one by my friend who i would hire as my driver and by him the car.

A guy at work has one and it's huge. Very imposing but I quite like the look of them.

Not sure what engine he has in it though. Bet they shift as well for such a big car :)

aha I wonderd what it was, I am positive I seen one of these in our town about 3 weeks back, and my god it was stunning and it rumbled as it went past.

very nice and from the website reasonably priced aswell. buy me one please lol :D

Drove a 300 3.5 V6 Limited all of 2 miles before it had to go back becuase the aircon didnt work. Real shame as I was thoroughly looking forward to driving it for the week. Had SO much presence, looked menacing, plastics inside were cheap though. No idea how it handled, drove it pretty much up a straight road then back down.

300C was one of the options I looked at instead of my A6. It looks cool and it's certainly going to look different amongst the general sea of repmobiles but in terms of refinement and quality, the Germans still have it beat by miles.

It's got some half-decent underpinnings - control arm front end, five link rear. The Hemi (although not a Hemi) is a great little engine, and the car does look rather good....much better IMO than the German mob. And if you want a proper gas-guzzling engine, the SRT-8 version of the 300C has a 6.1 litre motor ;)

the sheer size of the front end is excellent, makes for great road presence, do like the look of them as they drive past on the m25

SRT8 saloon coming soon :O

I have always loved the 300C.

I sat inside a top-spec 300C touring on display at Milton Keynes and instantly didn't want one.

Coming from Triumphs, which have beautifully plush and tactile interiors, sitting in that 300C was a real disappointment. Whist the seat seemed OK, everything else just looked drab, poorly built, felt horrible and lacked any charisma. In fact, the seat was pretty plasticy as well.

Sorry :(

awesome cars
look proper mobster, such road presence, personally I love the low roof/high doors combination and having been in one with my dad they're real nice inside too - all on Mercedes running gear so reliable and quality too

even the touring looks wicked, although I do prefer the Dodge Magnum (the same car but with a different grille/front end) but its only sold in the states, and the 300C touring isn't sold over there

and it is a hemi, it has a hemispherical combustion chamber still based on the original, ok its not the same as the monster 392s/426s of the 60s and 70s but its a hemi, right :p

The guy in the flat above me has the Hemi one. I haven't been in it but it certainly is a head turner. The noise from that engine really is something else. I was actually late for work one day as I hung around to listen to it whilst he was warming it up in the car park.

I'm hiring a Dodge Magnum, which is basically the same car, when I go over to the states in a few months. I suppose I'll have a better idea of what it drives like then.
