Chuck Patch for Oblivion

Hi all, I just have a few questions about the chuck patch before I install it.

Does it work with the omega drivers?

Is it actually an add on or a whole new driver?

ive installed it with the 6.5's and tbh i dont see any benefit from using it. i didnt uninstall the old drivers though, i just put the chuck patch over the top so if ive done it wrong someone let me know

Its just the drivers, can't see why it would'nt work with the Omega's, just install the Omega's first, then install the chuck patch over the top, if you get any messages saying the file your overwriting is newer or whatever just say yes anyway.

The only benefit you get from the chuck patch is that it lets you use AA+HDR, thats all it does.

Set your AA level in the CCC, turn on the HDR in the game options.

Why, its just not jaggie.

All your doing is turning AA on as well, so if your looking at a shot with just HDR on, then just say to yourself that same shot will not be jaggie with AA on.

Nope x1800 owner lol, but thats all it is, if you dont have the chuck patch installed you can only use HDR without AA so its jaggie, or AA so its not jaggie, but no HDR, chuck patch you can have em both on.

you can however have AA+Bloom, which is what i have.
i thought that the chuck patch helped performance too, silly me
