cigarette burn

Hi guys hopefully somebody can help....

Today a friend managed to drop a cigarette in the car and it has resulted in a small burn. She has offered to pay for the cost of repair so what I am looking for is suggestions of companies that offer a repair service that people have used and know to be a-ok.

I'm in Stoke on Trent, so north Staffordshire companies ideally please.

Some Chips Away franchises do such repairs - I've seen one done and it was almost unnoticeable. They apply glue, fibres and coat the lot in a very fine powder matched to the colour of the fabric or carpet.
