Also, the penny test doesn't work (but I still love you cilit bang!).

It's true. We tried it at work and I was so disgusted that I wrote a letter of complaint. They replied saying that maybe I had a defective bottle and would send me a new one if I sent them the label.

Why would you want your kitchen to forever smell like a petrol station?

Some people like the smell of petrol and some get high from it :p

People sugest using it a lot in the motors secion when people ask what they need to use for cleaning something

Ron had been using Cillit Bang to get glue off his kitchen floor tiles. But he found it such hard work he thought petrol would help.

Deserved tbh

Petrol is a great cleaner, but should only be used in a well ventilated area that's away from all sources of ignition.

Petrol works nicely at removing grease and oil - you can use it when cleaning bits of car engine :).

Thoguh I have to say that it probably isn't a particularly good idea to use it inside. That guy was a bit of a lemon tbh.

There's no way that was a cupfull of petrol. I always use petrol/meths as a cleaning agent. Then use angle grinders afterwards. You just can't get a build up like that.
