Get some cheese. Melt it and water it down to 50:50 cheese:water.

Best way to do it is to stick a plastic cheese slice in your mouth followed by a small cup of boiling water. It melts in your mouth, so no need to worry about getting plates dirty.

A slight pinch of mixed herbs could be a nice idea.

If you read the tub it's probably labeled as "Cheese style dip" or "Cheese flavoured dip" to get around the lack of actual cheese
