Cisco 887VA / 21CN

Morning ladies and gents

As we all know, Cisco make great kit... apart from when they try to dabble with DSL!

It took me ages to find a firmware that worked properly on the 20190 chipset, do we have any thoughts on a firmware that works half tidy on BT 21CN (typically IFTN HE) kit?

The older 877s had issues due to the DSLAM differences, although it did depend. The 887VAs run fine fir us out of the box, no tweaking needed. For reference, that;'s the perspective of working for an ISP/MSP rather than a single business so we deploy loads.

Depends on the site, there's a mix. Currently for example on this site we're running 15.2-1-T2
