Cisco ICND Course.

Has anyone done one of these courses before?

I'm being sent on one for work soon and i was wondering if it can count as part of the CCNA, because im planning to start studying for a CCNA laster in the year.

It covers some of the same stuff. The course is going to be over 4 days and i get a certificate saying i have done it.

Just wondering if anyone here has done it before and knows anything about it?

Yep, the ICND is cisco exam 640-811 and counts to 50% of the CCNA. Once done you then need to do 640-821 INTRO which is more theory than the ICND.

Just do exam 801, its very similar to 811 and is much quicker to study for (than doing the two seperate)

Nice 50% of the CCNA is more than i was expecting. Is there anywhere i can check out the different exams and such so i can work out what to do after the ICND, iv'e had a look on cisco site but its a little confusing.
