Cisco Wireless Control System - Anyone use?

Is anyone familar with this? We are going to start using it and want a good way of showing up the Critical and Major alerts rather than searching through them every 20 minutes?

We do use it, personally we send traps for everything to our monitoring platform and process them there to take different actions based on severity and time of day etc...
