Citibank Credit Cards

Bit of a long shot here, but it drives me mad so I thought I'd ask here. Is it just me that has this problem EVERY month, or do other people get it too?

Trying to download my statement that was produced a week ago now, and as usual:

Have you mentioned it to them or were you hoping that the Citibank staff were just browsing here?

i work for citbank and for the love of god do not use them!!!!!

Well I was hoping another Citibank customer may have been browsing and may have noticed the same issue

Maybe the people at Citibank do not know about the issue, maybe like me they have hairy balls, not crystal ones.

The lovely Indian call centre isn't really worth arguing with, otherwise I would phone them.

I've stopped using the card now anyway, so this is the final time I'll have this problem. It usually works a few days later when I try again.

You've got further than me ... never managed to get online access to mine at all ... used to just get a paper bill and then pay via my banks online payment facilities.

They're meant to be overhauling their online banking in the near future, well for offshore accounts anyway. Long time coming as they do have the worst system of all the banks I use, at least though I can get through to somebody direct on the phone who knows who I am!

I have a DD set up to clear it in full, I just kinda want to see what transactions are on there. Obviously Citi try and make it as hard as possible for you

I'm surprised at how poor their website and customer service is, certainly wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Their call centre is probably one of the worst I've ever had the misfortune of using.

Oddly enough, Citi have just sent me a letter saying 'You're pre-approved for the Citi Platinum credit card! :rolleyes:

I've got 5 C/C's already, so off to the Shredder it goes!
