I ordered an item from the rainforest using the Prime service, delivery guaranteed today.

Two of the three items came from one courier, which arrived this morning. The third item has yet to arrive - it is coming via City Link. I just checked the tracking page and it says delivery was attempted and nobody was in. I've been in all day.

Now it says delivery on a Saturday will be between 0700 and 1730. No attempted delivery card has been left and all their phone lines are shut as they close at 1200 on a Saturday. Is this a bug or is this for real? I can't reschedule a delivery for the week as nobody will be there to sign for it.

Sounds to me like the driver has knocked off early as no delivery attempt has been made... Any ideas? Really irritated that I've had to spend my day indoors waiting for this delivery when the weather's been lovely.

;)

City Link tracking is pretty buggy. It'll prolly come today if you're lucky.

It's not buggy, it's the way city link is.

They pulled this on me once and it took at least a week for the item to be delivered after a pile of excuses.
