Do a search on Google Images - there are probably loads of photos taken from car windows at speed.

That picture was taken on a cloudy day. The one of Clarkson is a bright day so would be a faster shutter speed.

Providing he acutally was talking on his phone behind the wheel (I dont care if he was stuck in lights. It doesnt look like his pulled up to the side of the road on that pic) I Hope he gets prosecuted to the full extent of the law and then some, Make an example. 2 year driving ban, extended retest 1 year custodial out in 6 months seems fair.

Leaving the fact the cars in the picture and the background appears stationary - the alledged Jezza (and we see only his back) is driving a LHD car, the person in the background is in LHD position. Girlfriend, in the passenger seat, takes picture from right window. Is there any proof this took place in UK at all?
