My word,

Someone has been loving them selves at the travel lodge apparently and booking national express tickets from my account...

Can i get this money back because its like £400!!

Unless you gave them permission to do so, then yes you can.

I sincerely doubt your bank was hacked though. Chances are you card was skimmed somewhere.

You can call your bank now, for card protection it's usually 24 hours services.

It's most likely the card detail was stolen when you used it online to buy stuff

You're bank/credit provider should have a 24/7 fraud contact number. Get off OC and onto the phone!

you should be able to ring your bank in the morning
This

And has been mentioned - They would have skimmed your card somewhere and got your details. If the bank was 'hacked' then they wouldnt have just booked national express tickets etc for ~£400 . . . .

Ring your bank asap. Fraud dept will help.

check what time they open, then do it as soon as possible in the morning, you shouldn't need to actually go to a branch.

yeh cool. how long would it take to get the money back? lol ill be in a pickle if it cant be dealt with soon... how can they stop this happening again? would i need a new card?

Apparently barclays dont do 24 phone for fraud...

early morning trip to town

Barclaycard
Customer services for existing customers.
0844 811 9111 Lines open 24 hours, seven days a week.

any line will let you cancel your card, it doesn't need to be a fraud one.

barclaycard.. its barclay connect.. does that make any difference

Just ring a number and say that someone is using your card. They;ll do the rest. They're hardly going to sit on their hands when it's them that it's going to cost money ultimately, are they now?

It really is very simple.
