Ended up taking the old man to this for fathers day. Had a great day, I loved seeing the JPS cars running as well as the current F1 car.

Hahaha, you got me 10 seconds in, chap with point and shoot sticking out of the blokes head.

I was pretty much out of camera battery at this time so the clip is short.

The 38 is in the UK Oh, the reason the Type 38 wasn't there is.... Ford apparently.

They insisted that the car would be unveiled at Goodwood FoS.... Great... after it'd been advertised to be attending the event.

Haven't even started going through my photos yet. Got a few *I hope* of Heikki and Fairuz going at each other in the 72 and the 78. Funny that Jarno was taking it easy, but the other two were not being gentle.

Was good to see the 56 in the daylight again. I really hope the plans to eventually get it running actually happen. Having a gas turbine powered 4wheel drive F1 car running would be so much fun to see.

Out of the non-F1 stuff. I love the Evora 414e. Paint scheme is superb and the idea behind it is one of the best hybrid ideas around.

Also, the Stratton Motor Company racing Astons in the classic touring cars were fantastic. Not just because they were proper racing classics - but as one has the drivers door coming open every other lap and the other with the arse out every time out of Russell

Managed to miss the complete collection of classic F1 cars lined up on the grid. We spent ages nosing around on the walk up to the pavilion and paid the price. Probably the only time in my life I should have listened to the other half nagging me to get a move on.

Im currently trying to make a montage of the classic F1 cars, I had pretty much ran out of battery in the camera so was using my 808 Mini-keyring spycam. Came out surprisingly well although it did get overwhelmed by wind noise at times.
