As well as upto date stuff aswell... Was up till 3am last night listening to all the old songs... they don't make them like that anymore :(

Personal favourites are Sonic 2 and Streets of Rage 2 :)

Ohh and this will probably be removed for some reason or another so get it while you can.

Bah, they have snes Top Gear and Top Gear 3000 music but no Top Gear 2 :( They do have Sonic CD and Streets of Rage though so it gets a thumbs up from me :D

There are so many long forgotten classics:
Speedball 2
Cannon Fodder
Sensible Soccer (although it was remixed for the recent 2006 version)
Supercars
F-Zero (Mute City)
Rage Racer (Hurricaine Hub)
Bionic Commando
California Games

The list could go on forever!

A couple of classics from the good old days of computing -

Anything that Rob Hubbard did on the C64 including Monty on the Run, The Last V8, Thing on a Spring and Crazy Comets. He was the god of C64 soundtracks in the 80's.

Xenon 2: Megablast on the Amiga. It was amazingly funky at the time.

Chris Hülsbeck and Rob Hubbard are some of my fav retro games composers and I still listen to their tunes. Fricking amazing stuff! The Turrican soundtrack is one of my all time favs!

I fully agree.

Adding to that, his (Rob Hubbard's) two mindblowing tracks (for the time) were Arcade Classics, and Skate or Die. I remember my pants nearly turning brown after hearing those new "digital sounds" ;)

V1N.
