Anyone know of any good forum to discuss classical music in? Somewhere where you can compare different recordings and there's plenty of knowledgeable music buffs in, perhaps with subforums for different periods/composers? I used to hang out on newgroups to discuss music (and in rec.books.tolkien to discuss whether Balrogs have wings or not) but O2 don't give Usenet access, at least on my connection. When did that stop being free anyway? Always considered it as much a part of the internet as the Web, was shocked that they charge extra for it nowadays...
