Hi guys. New here, but just wanted to ask about classifieds for secondhand components. I take it there isn't a classifieds section here, but are there any other sites I don't know about? I pretty much look at AVForums and ebay (dunno if it's against the rules to mention those here?).

I'm just looking to find some cheap components to complete my 2500K build.

once you have been a member for 90 days and have 250 posts you get access to the members market, which is the second hand market on these forums.

you might think its a pain to meet that, but it gets rid of 99% of the nasties that you really dont want to be trading with anyway
 
O I C. Good idea, but hopefully I will have my first build complete by then. :(

Is the MM really good? :(
 
Are there any other comparable sites besides AVForums that don't have such strict restrictions? I find forums often are even cheaper than the bay.
 
No I understand. It just sucks that because my funds are so low, it will take me a couple of months probably to finish my build, by which time I'll then be able to use the MM. :(
