Bought an OCZ Agility SSD and put win7 on it, just putting all my programs back on but having a few problems with some of them, ati tray tools keeps bringing up an error message saying please reinstall, which i have a few times to no avail and spotify and msn keep crashing and bringing up the `stopped working` dialogue.

any ideas?

I've found some of these SSD's can be funny which controller they are on. It's best to have the SSD on it's own controller and have your HDD or Optical drive on a separate controller where possible (which one depends on your board and Chipset). It might be an idea to check for a firmware update on the SSD also if one is available. It's likely one of these two things is causing the hanging/crashing.

Try running a disk check (right click->properties on the drive and then 'Tools' and 'Error Checking')

I bought a 60GB agility from here and it was faulty (currently in the process of having it replaced). Mine locked up explorer and then blue-screened so it sounds like it could be a different issue to yours though.

Seems it was the anti virus (avast free) which kept coming up with a dialogue box asking me if i wanted to open said programs in `sandbox` like 3 times even when i was pressing no and continue, 10 minutes later they'd crash. Un-installed avast and everything seems smooth.

I think this SSD hypes a bit over rated though :/
