Hi, Just a quick question.

I have a spare Microsoft Habu, and i'm looking to donate it to a friend. However, it's seen it's fair amount of use and abuse, and is looking a bit grubby.

I've tried cleaning the clickers off etc. but I was wondering - is it okay to take the thing apart and clean every part individually (obviously not the PCB).

Would it screw the mouse itself up?

Thanks.

every attempt i have seen of someone dismatling a mouse for cleaning has failed - it never goes back quite how it was originally

why noy just use some rubbing alcohol and clean it thoroughly on the outside? :)

could i suggest the alcohol first aid wipes? I have actually seen people use alcohol gel to clean the mouse and it really doesnt work
