I find Medi Swab's do the job very well ok it's a base alcohol on a cloth but you can get hundreds for just a few pounds in my job they come in handy all the time.

Clean's CPU's and Heatsinks very will

be careful when using nail polish remover as many these days have all sorts of stuff in them like moisturizer and so on a lot are not pure.
