Cleaning materials

Got a slightly older Samsung Syncmaster 2232BW and I want to get some cleaning materials to get rid of the years of build up on the screen.
(not a pretty image sorry)

Anyone recommend anything please, I want to make sure it's compatible with the screen type before detroying it.

ok if not specific for the Samsung, anyone got any recommendations for cleaning materials they use?

Water and a good microfibre cloth. Works wonders and no chemicals.

what was the Source of your good microfibre cloth? ( understand the no competitor rule, so perhaps a local supermarket right?)

Lost the Samsung cloth unfortunately. & thank you.

Get something that has the same material/texture as a spectacles cleaner.
