Cleaning SSD and HD

Am looking to upgrade and as part of the procedure would wish to clean both ssd and hd.

Best program(s)?

The SSD to be cleaned may be all or any of Samsung 830 /PlextorPX-M2S/ocz vertex3.

Hard drive is 750 Western Digital Black.

I would wish to be sure that my data could not be read if the drive(s) fell into the wrong hands!!

A normal full format should be enough for ssd's,it doesn't leave any traces of data behind like a mechanical hdd does

You can try dban on the hdd and a secure erase on both ssd and hdd if you like
