Cleaning thermal paste off cpu

IPA or the wipes that come with my Noctua thermal paste, which is what I used the last time as may as well use some of them.

Some paste seems to come off real easy with just kitchen towel/all purpose cloth. Some seem to leave more of a residue so use Akaksa TIM cleaner, as another poster said lasts years, I've had that bottle since about early 2000s.
