Cleaning these watercooling components?

I have just bought:
Black Ice GTX 360 radiator (says water-based flux)
Watercool Heatkiller 3.0
Koolance 5870 block

Do i need to clean these? Does the 'water-based flux' mean i dont need to flush with vinager etc or will just a rinse with boiling water do? Do i need to take the toothbrush to the waterblocks?

What would you do?

water blocks tend to be fine in me experience, its the rads that tend to need a clean. Bought a couple of bottles of clear vinegar, leave some in for a few hours (I left it overnight) then pour it out and repeat At first it tends to be quite murky coming out, but after 2 or 3 times its pretty clear and good to go!
