Cleartype by GPO/Login script?

My google-fu seems to be failing me here, quite a few numpties and no real definitive answer.

In the middle of setting up new Citrix servers (2008 R1) and want to ensure all users have cleartype enabled.

Some of the results of a Google suggest setting the keys in HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT by login script, which doesnt seem logical to me. Would setting the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Font Smoothing* keys do the job? Alternatively, is there a way to set it as the default server wide?

Is an excellent tool for finding out where in the registry settings live. Click 1st shot, change the setting, click 2nd shot. Then click compare, simples.

But it shouldn't been in the .DEFAULT user unless you want to switch it on and off on the log on screen.
