Clem Burke has died.

That’s a good choice. I’ve been a Blondie fan since the late 70s and went down a bit of a Clem rabbit hole on YouTube last year. UCB shows off his drumming really well.

I think it was great that he went on tour drumming for a Blondie tribute band a while back.

RIP fella, I heard dreaming when i came out and I have never heard drumming like that before and I don't think I ever have since and that was a long long time ago.

Another former and original member of Blondie, Fred Smith, a base guitarist passed away last week. Smith, joined Chris Stein and Debbie Harry to form the band, Angel and the Snake, which later renamed as Blondie.TBH, I like many only heard of Blondie after they released the iconic album, Parallel Lines.

Love his drumming, RIP, Clem. :(

I tried finding a Blondie vid where he's giving the performance of his life, but alas, I don't seem to be able to dig it up.

I think it was either a late 90s or early-mid 2000s gig.

Love lots of their hits; this one is a particular favourite of mine:
