It appears florinert is the correct choice of liquid. It'll also cost truly insane amounts though, bringing me back to transformer oil. I can have 20 litres of this for about £60. Might be difficult to explain to the missus why I've bought this though, and owning enough to immerse an atx board could go terribly wrong. I'm thinking of this one, though I'm not much beyond "cheap naphthenic oil". Realistically need to secure a couple of hundred pounds for the project I think.
On the bright side, if this proves viable, the potential for avoiding condensation issues with sub-zero cooling is considerable.
@vinnie, probably. I've attached a xspc chipset block to the main heatsink of my psu, and have certainly been electrocuted by it. It wasn't terribly successful, but it is still in use.
