Click, Click, Churn - Is this drive dying?

Ok, so the 160Gb SATA drive I have is making this noise, Click, Click, churn. The churning sound sounds like the heads are moving really fast up the platter and then it stops, the other night it did it 3 or 4 times in quick succession. Is this a dying drive?

Cheers, had it for quite a while. I have a new Seagate 1GB drive and a Maxtor 360Gb drive so more than enough, all the data is off the drive so im just going to bin it.
