Clicking Outlook icon Once causes 2 copies to Start!

The title says it all - I click on the Outlook icon in the Start Menu, and for some reason 2 - yes 2 - copies of Outlook start!

Does anyone know why this is happening or more importantly how to stop it???

I re-installed XPpro about 2 months ago without incident, and this seems to have started in the last 10 days or so. My config is;

Dell 8600, 1GB, XP-pro/SP2 etc,
Office Enterprise 2007.

Is it just Outlook?

I had no idea it was even possible to run Outlook twice. Have a look in your logs to see if anything installed about 10 days ago.
