Clio RSI

if you get a Clio 16v, then you'll be seeing this site a lot

(Bolt came out of my cambelt housing and into the pully on my fan belt :))

On the other hand the RSI engine is supposed to be a lot more robust, just a shame it isn't in the 16v shell.

Urr ^^ i remember seeing that, cant remember which forum, im Laine_16v on renault forums, not that you would know me though.

My mum bought a Williams blue '97 Phase 3 RSI around 3 years ago and it has been the most reliable car she has ever owned.

Only problem has been a leaky sunroof but this was a problem for all similarly aged clios afaik. The lacker has started to come off on all of the wheels though, which looks really crap.

I used to love driving it when I first passed my test - felt like a right little rocketship.

They are very uncommon, especially in Ph3 guise. I have only ever seen 2 others on the road in all the time my mum has had it.

Yeah seems you can either buy money pits that go wrong the whole time, or you get gooduns that seem to go on forever.

Leaky sunroofs are ultra common on mk1 clios, mine remind me everytime it rains.

Laquer on wheels is just age related at a guess.
