Clock for clock Q6600 vs Phenom and hopefully i7, i5 on same benchmark

Out of interest, after having seen this (http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showpost.php?p=14890193&postcount=244http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showpost.php?p=14890193&postcount=244) which includes a Phenom II X4 @ 3.8Ghz I decided to run my Q6600 on the same benchmark as I am interested in maybe upgrading to i5 ... (the Q6600 is @ 3.8GHz, although screenie shows 6x424 with speedstep)

And came up with this:

Can someone run an i7, i5 @ 3.8GHz to compare please ?

ninja, your cpu voltage looks a bit high for 2.5ghz, ive overclocked mine to 3ghz and using 1.29v i think or even less

That is the speed step putting it down to 2.5ghz Ben -Irvine93. Check his bus speed and the FSB. Very high. Im guessing he's probably @ 3.8ghz which why the 1.35v is required on the Q6600.

Its impressive as i only ever managed 3.1ghz on my Q6600.
