As it says in the title, My clock on my task bar keeps Changing the time. Its either changing itself or stopping. I have no idea why? anyone else know? Although its keeping the right Date but not time.

check your bios time. also check what time zone you are set up as being in and untick daylight saving changes

Could even be something like a dying bios battery. Apart from that, I'm not entirely sure. Could it even be a program changing the clock for some reason?

Just checked that and it was set as GMT -08.00 Canadian time  so i set it to GMT London and unticked the day time setting box. Ill check back tomorrow to see if its changed or not

If problem is still there after adjusting to correct time zone then check if Internet Time is ON? Right click on the clock then 'Adjust Date/Time' then 'Internet Time' tab. Untick/turn-off 'Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server' & see if problem stops :)

Does anyone find windows synchronization never works? Is there a way to actually make it work otherwise I'll just stop the service at bootup.

Sticking a better time server in the box makes it work: uk.pool.ntp.org
