clock on xp

might be a really silly question but how do i change my taskbar time to 24hr clock ?

Control Panel
-> Regional and Language Options
-> "Customize" button next to "English (United Kingdom)" in dropdown
-> "Time" tab
-> Select "HH:mm:ss" from the "Time format" dropdown (capital Hs for 24-hour)
