At work and someones clock is going crazy, whenever you click on it it changes time and the seconds are about 3x as fast as normal, can't figure it out for the life of me!

That sounds like you are working within a time displacement field or a fracture in Space/Time. Hopefully to your advantage and time runs faster outside it. That way you can leave work early.
