Clock_watchdog_timeout...Help!

Asus P9x79 pro
Intel I7
16gb Kingston XMP ram
Crucial M4 256gb SSD
Geforce 550Ti
Corsair H100i

used the AI suite to overclock to 4679mhz I know its better to do it manually i wanted to start slowly at this. Anyway it crashes when I run Prime95 with the above message.
Any clues what I should look for

Thanks guys. trying to attach screen dump of my setting but I'm unable to.
Will look out 8packs threads.

not sure what has changed since AI suite does it all for you which suited me. All works ok until I stress it with Prime95.

Ok, I've reluctantly followed your advise and....I have a stable overclock

at 4423mhz V core reads 1.366 and cpu temp at 50

Didn't want to go this root encase I fried something, wouldn't believe the grief I've had from the other half when spending the money on this rig.
Thought AI suite would be worry free and automatic oh well
