clockable memory for under £120

hi all,

im looking to upgrade my current ram as i have to run it at 133 to allow me to overclock my cpu. what brands would have a second hand value of £120 to £140 (for 2 gig) and be able to clock to 275?

Probably looking at some ballistix, however a lot of uccc is reaching that kind of speed with 3-4-4-8.
