Hi, I have a 1gb of the GIEL ultra low latency ram (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-057-GL)

Which operates at 400MHz with CL 4-4-4-12. Seeing as i only have a AMD64 X2 with a 667FSB I thought i would clock the CPU up to the ram's maximum speed.

Seeing as im not 100% certain what I am doing and I have never clocked ram before I am stuck. CPU is AMD64 X2 4200+ skt AM2. clocked to 2.29 from 2.2.

as you can see from the picture its at CL5 with 380MHz. Any advice on clocking this CPU and the RAM.

by default the bios sets the ram to its stock speeds so running at 2GHz makes memory at 667MHz, if you want to overclock and run at stock you can change the FSB:MEM multi
