What system is it?Had to go into work and change the times on the telephone exchanges, however our new all singing, all dancing V.O.I.P phone system hasn't changed and and we can't change it ourselves as we weren' shown on the 1/2 day training we had on it.
Gonna be interesting tomorra morning when the bosses realise
