Arg i hate the confusion setting my alarm wondering whether it should auto adjust whether it will whether my alarms will go off at the right time or will the time change adjust them for me!

Technically you do lose an hour, 1am to 2am ceases to exist. You only get it back in October when it happens twice. Or something like that anyway.
