Have you seen the campaign for 'Lighter Evenings' by the RoSPA.
They basically want to align our time with the rest of Europe so we have day light longer into the evenings.
This in theory would lead to less accidents, less power usage(lighting/heating) and more tourism.

I think we should just stay on BST all year round though as I just cannot see the point in moving the clocks forward/back in this age.
