More daylight when it matters.

Hayfever.

I'm not sure which is worse. SAD or Hayfever. :/

Still, since DST promotes lighter evenings and has nothing to do with hayfever, DST very definitely

(in fact, I'd support switching to the American system).

Less sleep sucks, hayfever sucks.

Also means it will be lighter in the evening so can go for runs after work... hate running, but needs must.

Summer here is sooo not worth it... much rather go away for some proper sun, although I do agree with the SAD thing though... am much more happier and alert when it is sunny.
